Company Overview

Associated Luxury Hotels is the parent company that owns and operates Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) and Worldhotels. ALHI and Worldhotels are both highly respected, leading global hospitality services organizations which specialize in serving luxury-level and upper-upscale independently owned or operated hotels and resorts around the world. Both ALHI and Worldhotels enable their member hotels and resorts to maintain their independent identity while also effectively competing with the world’s biggest hospitality chains, in the changing hospitality landscape.

With its recent acquisition of Worldhotels, Associated Luxury Hotels has expanded ALHI’s and Worldhotels’ geographic reach, talent pool, market penetration, service offerings, competitiveness and profile, making this strategic and complementary combination beneficial to both organizations, their distinguished memberships, and their valued groups and guests.

Already the owner and operator of ALHI, North America’s leading independent Global Sales Organization, Associated Luxury Hotels is now a significant, full-service “soft brand” solution on a global scope with a comprehensive array of sales, marketing, distribution and hospitality services to serve the evolving needs of hotels, resorts and brands, and their management and ownership groups around the world.
